So if you have ensured that the Raspberry Pi works properly presumably the issue is now resolved?The power supply has a response time less than 10 ms. To ensure that the voltage is the one that i want, I put a Power module PM12S-3 to ensure that the raspberry pi works properly.

Also: from what medium are you attempting to boot your RPi[5] board? A microSD card, a USB Mass Storage Device, something else... ?
