Probably a false positive. It can happen from time to time, especially if compiled by a non-Microsoft compiler. Any MD5 signature for the executable that we can use?
Maybe hold off using it, Windows might quarantine it. Let's see what the RPi folks say.
[Edit] Scanned it on MS Windows Defender on my PC Win 10 Pro just updated hours ago, file is clean. False positive likely.
