It's told you what is wrongIt's expected to receive data over the MIPI CSI2 interface and hasn't. That implies a hardware issue in either the sensor, cable, or Pi.
A common one is that the small connector from the camera module to the PCB it is mounted on partly pops off, so that would be the first thing to check. Afterwards it would be swap parts out to identify which one is at fault.
