The hub I am using is powering the webcam. Since the data must be sent by raspberry pi to the webcam, there's a wire that is connected to the its USB and to the USB-B in this hub. I hope I made myself clear and if not, I will take a picture of it.
In addition to that, I really can't understand why my vode works on rpi4 in this scenario and doesn't on rpi5.
