Thanks, good to know.This is what switches do; they store-and-forward TLPs from source to destination ports.PCIe is never throttled. Incidental performance reduction because the CPU is throttled may occur.But I still would like an answer for the "Thermal Throttling" of PCIe on RPI-5. Does it exist as a separate feature or is the one on CPU the only one and considered sufficient to protect the board as a whole, PCIe bus included.
