They are 10k resistors. Nowhere near enough current.The pull-ups are SMD resistors on the module PCB. I'd rather see how this module was connected first.We've met this problem with some batches of EC11 encoders even from known suppliers. Try increasing the current through the contacts with 1k or even 470 Ohm pull-ups. Will use more current but see if the bouncing decreases or not.Do I need real resistors (like 10 kΩ) on CLK/DT lines
