Boot the Pi 4 with no SD card and just the screen connected - you should see the diagnostic display, or the pink and white network install screen, on the monitor.Unfortunately, both solutions came to nothing.
When connecting the functional monitor the black screen is on and nothing happens, and when installing Raspberry Imager and entering SSID password from wi-fi, etc. when inserting microSD into Raspberry Pi the red LED is on all the time and the green LED stops blinking after 30 seconds of blinking.
