I am using the inverted op amp circuit. You'll see in the datasheet for the sensor what it shows. The rep I was emailing also informed me that I was going to want the reference voltage to be positive. I would presume that means it would go into the +in on the MCP6004 and the negative in would go to ground, opposite of what the image shows.
