Well, yet another kernel created that can't successfully boot. All, I'm trying to do is boot using the new kernel with initramfs.

I'm copying the new kernel to /boot/firmware/, and enabling the kernel= setting in /boot/firmwware/config.xml. That's it.

Am I missing any required steps, such as creating/building an initramfs file for the new kernel, or copying drivers to /boot/firmware/overlays?
