I have a Raspberry Pi 4 currently running Magic Mirror 2. I have a dock with 4-2 TB hard drives. Three of them are the same make and model. I would like to run a NAS using Samba and possibly a media server. I currently have a collection of movies, documents, and pictures that I am keeping from the hard drives.
I am asking for suggestions on how I should set up the hard drives. Should I set up a RAID, if so, what type and where would I begin? Should I just use some of the drives?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
