The AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS Mini PC claims 16 TOPS.To achieve that with NVidia/ARM the Jetson Orin Nano 8GB claims 40 TOPS and costs £450+ in developer kit form.
My understanding is that the minimum requirement for hardware to be Microsoft certified as an AI PC is 40 TOPS of AI compute
The old Jetson Nano 8GB is a very useful little AI machine for running inference and is not even 1 TOP.
