Troubleshooting • RPi 5 not booting, LED is red, solid green for couple seconds, then solid red

This LED pattern of red, solid green for a couple of seconds, solid red occurs in all of the cases below. The cards were written with Raspberry Pi Imager 1.8.5.

1. No SD card
2. SD card (16GB) with Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit) 2024-03-15
3. SD card (8GB) with SD Card Boot 2024-02-16

The 16GB SD card booted successfully in an RPi 4.

The RPi 5 is being powered with an official 27W power supply. Is there anything else I should try before declaring it DOA and requesting a replacement?
