I am using bookworm on the Rpi5 and my config.txt for I2C is set at:
dtparam i2c_arm=on , dtparam i2c_arm_baudrate=1000000
This has no effect, as I still measure 100 khz. on my oscilloscope after rebooting. 400 khz didn't work either.
