Never seen it before. Pi5 and power supply were from just after first release. Not been unplugged for weeks but is on a UPS usually turned off nightly. I checked PSU pushed in properly, rebooted - same thing. And again. A memory stick and a USB hub in the monitor are attached but have been for months.
Unplugged the PSU from socket for a few seconds, plugged in. Booted - no message so seems OK now.
