I'd disagree. Get a 4GB Pi 4 or Pi 5. The 3 has a maximum of 1GB of RAM, not enough to run a modern web browser,. which is a possible use case here. The cost difference is minimal to go to the 4 or 5 from the 3, but the performance is way higher.
