Raspberry Pi OS • Rpi Os Rpi Imager and Drivers

Hello all again xD

i highly important question about the driver
that the Pi Loads

ok here is the situation

If i download the Rpi Os and then
burn it in OFFLINE MODE without Internet
using the RPI Imager
will the final Sd Card or SSD have the /boot directory
with all the appropriate drivers

or do i have to be ONLINE i mean with Internet

i am asking this cause i was trying and testing the Ubuntu
using offline no internet the rpi imager
and the fan was spinning like a crazy meaning somewhere the drivers get lost ?

So do i need Internet with rpi imager
or i can work and offline with the rpi imager?
