We've been running the latest changes in-house for a few weeks and seen no issues, so this must be a particular sequence or setup. The underlying icon drawing code has had quite a few changes to cope with variable DPI display, along with other changes, so it's possible some corner of the code is getting upset, but we simply haven't seen it in our testing.
Can someone who is seeing the issue provide a simple process to replicate it from a fresh and updated Trixie install? That will save a load of time trying to track this down.
