Very useful to have such info confirmed, it's a good data point for everyone.
This is not the first time someone posted here with a problem with the TPL5110 breakout board. Probably worked fine for slower old AVR type Arduino boards etc, but it's gonna cause a lot of pain for modern fast MCUs like ESP32 and Pico chips and their supporting circuits.
Maybe it's time a customer politely suggest to Adafruit to do a board revision.![Smile :)]()
