I bought an apparently official 27 W USB-C power supply for my Pi 5. It says on the box "...providing 5.1 V, 5.0 A DC, 9.0V ..." And so on. This is the first power supply I've seen , wihout any switches that outputs 4 different voltages and currents all at the same time. I don't get this at all. Is it something in the USB c connector ? I bought it in Canada, 120 V, and want to use it there but also in the Philippines where the wall voltage is 240 V. Since it lists both of these voltages on the unit itself under input, I figure I am safe, no ? Why does it say on the box US with a circle and two vertical slashes ? Is that just plug type but nothing to do with voltage ? I do get a sense of mild shocks when handling the Pi. What is that all about ? Is it because I'm plugged into 240 V ?
Thank you for your help.
