Troubleshooting • Headless, RPi Zero 2 W, configuration & connection guide

Dear RPi Forum Team,

Can you please direct to an official RPi document for headless, RPi Zero 2 W, configuration and connection.

This is a necessary prerequisite to automation of RPi Pi setup.

Bill of materials, BoM
* Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W, [WS](https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-zero/), Raspberry Pi
* Power Supply, 12.75 Raspberry Pi
* Micro SD Card, with RPi OS preinstalled, Raspberry Pi
* Micro SD Card Adapter, Raspberry Pi
* Micro SD to SD Extension Cable
* USB cable

Please see prototyping environment below.
Have attempted many of the tutorials online. Have read many of the RPi Forum entries. Have read many of the RPi documentation. But have found headless configuration and connection to the RPi Zero 2 W is not very simply achievable.

This seems to be an ongoing issue for many years now. An official RPi docs guide for headless RPi SBC configuration setup for headless connection would be very helpful.

Just one example; how to set the RPi OS country locale via configuration files in the RPi OS /bootfs or /rootfs.
