On the other hand, using Imager 2.0.3 on WIn11, with Settings for WiFi, user, SSH etc., I wrote PiOS 64-bit with Desktop to a microSD card
Boot a headless Pi3 from it - wait 5 minutes - log in to it by ip address using SSH (PuTTY) - all OK
Enabled VNC using sudo raspi-config.
On Win 11 laptop logged in via VNC Viewer - all OK
No dd, no etcher, no manual editing of files, no manual download of anything.
You are unbelievable !
Before the release of 2.0.3 "yesterday" Imager gen 2 was a real disaster and this forum being full of people complaining about it clearly proves it.
I'm very much happy situation seems to get better now but please don't behave as if Imager was flawless when it is the reason why so many people had problems installing RaspiOS for several weeks now !!!
