Dear RPi Forum Team,
More progress but still not getting past RPi OS login request.
Added to /bootfs/config.txt
```
[all]
enable_uart=1
```
Used following command in Ubuntu Gnome Terminal cli.
```
$ sudo screen /dev/ttyAM0 115200
```
But as is apparent can't get login credential correct. Combinations like the ones described below were tried. <none> indicates the return key on the Dell Ubuntu laptop keyboard was pressed and no password was given.
Credentials tried among others
Login: Pi
Password: <none>
Login: pi
Password: <none>
Login: pi
Password: raspberry
Please see some attempts below.Have put some more notes under Attempt 2 at the link below.
https://github.com/YorkEarwaker/Electri ... connection
Have yet to try, but will try tomorrow,
Login: <none>
Password: <none>
Look forward to any suggestions for login credentials. Or other suggestions.
FYI. Also today purchased a USB to TTL CP2102 UART integration board in case RPi Debug Probe was a dead end. Please see a link to it under hardware heading elsewhere in same link above. Will treat the USB to TTL CP2102 UART as plain old USB to TTL serial cable for RPi SBC's .
Thanks for all your help to date.
Happy New Year.
Yours,
York
