General • how do I run thonny in windows?

I have just got hold of a pico W and am familiar with thonny as I have other pi's.

You can download Thonny in Windows, Mac or Linux flavours here. Once it's installed, open it up!

I have downloaded and extracted the files.
What it doesn't say is how to load up what?
Could someone help me please?
