You probably don't need or want to do that - You likely only need to know what headline applications have been installed, the prerequisites for things like Pico SDK which don't install them automatically.This is, of course, in the context of setting up a new system (*) and you want to install on the new system all the packages you had installed on the old one.
As said in past threads on the subject; my conclusion is it's not worth the effort. Install what you know you need and wait for the absence of missing things to present itself.
