It can be more stable regarding power and possibly more compact - you won't have stuff dangling from usb 3.0 port so will have one more free, but otherwise for the performance alone it is IMO not worth the upgrade if you already have something that is working fine.Would I really notice any significant difference or is it not worth upgrading?
