Issue is visible on latest 32-bit OS installations, both Lite and Full flavours. Once 32-bit OS installed (SSH enabled), I'm running the below commands:
When Debian login screen appears, at the bottom there is Desktop Session control where I'm selecting "Plasma (Wayland)". After password was entered and Enter key pressed, I'm seeing black screen with mouse cursor and nothing happens afterwards, login hangs. I checked with SSH, system is running, I'm able to login and run commands.
Exactly same setup works perfectly well with 64-bit OS (both Lite and Full). Also, if to set "Desktop Session" to set to "X11 (Wayland)", there is no hang.
Code:
sudo apt updatesudo apt upgrade -ysudo apt install kde-plasma-desktop -ysudo reboot nowExactly same setup works perfectly well with 64-bit OS (both Lite and Full). Also, if to set "Desktop Session" to set to "X11 (Wayland)", there is no hang.
