Have to agree with Petzval on the Nordic Semiconductor kit - great support and easy to use toolkits / dev boards (though I've not been involved in their mobile software).
Not the cheapest but everyone I talked to who has used it has been very happy (I must dig the board I won out and try it for myself![:oops:]( "Embarrassed")
