Actually the delay to switch video profiles is almost not perceptible so it'll work for my needs
And I have a crop_img function that can do the panning based on top-left/bottom-right coordinates and PIL img crop on the scene
The take picture change mode may not even matter, it would just use full size still resolution anyway (for this camera)
I probably have to set it at least once
