Does ANYONE have working instructions for installing fruitbox v2 onto a pi4b and the new Trixie os??
I've tried every single video, guide I can find and nothing works correctly. I'm always getting some sort of error(s) and I don't know enough about raspberry pi software understand what's wrong or how to fix it.
Every guide or video seems to have a different take or set of instructions. I found one that even says it's for installing on Trixie (Debien) but it still doesn't work. The fruitbox github is 4 years old, the fruitbox for dummies is old and I'm at a loss. I have DAYS installing/reinstalling the os after trying different 'ideas' on how to fix it.
This all started when I saw a recent article in a news feed titled "I'm building a digital jukebox with raspberry pi - here's how" by Jeff Butts. Apparently it was originally published about a year ago but as I said only very recently did it show in a news feed somewhere.
I love electronics and have been doing things with esp32 devices, LEDs and such for quite a while but I'm new to the raspberry pi (other then I did make a working Magic Mirror). But I figured how hard can it be. I bought a pi4b (used a pi2 then a 3 in my mirror) and a nice touch panel that the pi can be installed into. This is the first raspberry pi project since the Magic Mirror that I've read about that I actually want to build thus I was willing to spend the money for the hardware.
So, if someone has any worthwhile ideas, I would GREATLY appreciate the help.
