Troubleshooting • Remote WiFI Camera with ELP USBFHD01M-SFV Camera

Im looking for suggestions to set up a wifi camera to an Ipad browser. Im totally new and ignorant here.
I have gotten the OS on the pie but can only get a black screen. I think I may need a powered USB hub but don't know what to get.....
Hardware:
1) ELP USBFHD01M-SFV Camera "It's a large, lensed USB camera.
2) Raspberry Pie 3 model B+
3) Wi-Fi "N" usb Wi-Fi module
4) Recommended micro USB power supply
