And if they go straight into a meeting without logging in?

DHCP identifies the machine not who logged in (similar issue to 'Hay mate - swipe me in the time clock tomorrow as I'll be late').

There are many many staff monitoring applications and a decent supplier should point out all the drawbacks with their offering (ha)...

You actually have a HR issue rather than an IT one
