Though I understand the rationale for including credits for discovery of issues and bugs, there are arguments for not giving any credit in datasheets, not least because the legitimacy and completeness for credits can be disputed as here.
While Ian did identify the GPIO bug and was perhaps the first to reveal it to the world, that doesn't necessarily mean he was the first to have brought it to Raspberry Pi's attention.
Without knowing what Raspberry Pi's criteria are for giving or excluding credit, without knowing the time when something was revealed, and who to, it is impossible to say if any credit given is correct or complete.
I would say; take the credits out.
If not, I think credit should be given to all other erratas, "internally identified" if that is the case.
