Since you're in Oz, which is basically the same as NZ I decided to check PBTech. The Pi 5 has been available for a while, but the PSU was not. But now I see it's in stock!Help, I might need intervention, I could not stop myself.
I got an email saying the Pi5 was in stock from my normal Downunder supplier.
The credit card come out so fast it nearly melted.
One Pi5 8GB, one 27W PS, one active cooler has been ordered with express post.
Just when I got the old Win7 box usable for development the Pi5 became available.
After spending 3 days messing with a x86 PC/Win7 hardware/software the Pi5 will be a holiday.
The new vids about offline home AIs on Pi5 are calling me.
I doubt any other SBC/PC will be as well supported for home AI as Pi's are or will be.
I still don't need or want one, but anyone who's eager can grab one.
