Building the SDK documentation (following the instructions in the C SDK PDF) results in a local set of HTML pages that seem to rely on Javascript. I work from a text terminal on a minimal computer which can't afford Firefox's 500MB footprint and fancy color raster graphics. Lynx can show HTML with 10MB, but doesn't run Javascript.
Is there a build switch to create a structure that doesn't need Javascript?
Is there a more static or flatter version being built and I'm just not finding it?
If I sound like an old guy who still uses a VT220, I'll have you know I got rid of mine at least five years ago.
