Thanks, I said I knew what enumeration meant. The use of the silly term "tear-down" seems to be your own.
I wouldn't say it's silly, and I don't believe it's incorrect, it reflects what is done, though we could argue forever over hyphenation -
phrasal verb

If you tear something down, you destroy it or remove it completely.
It isn't my invention, it is used by others to describe the process of removing what had previously been created.
And others.

"Tear-down" has also come to mean opening, dismantling, or disassembly, to reveal or determine what is inside a thing.
Please use proper language when refering to technical matters.
Perhaps you could tell me what the "proper language" would be ?
