Nope, I haven't re-read all the documentation since the Pi2. There is just too much of it.
Reading the description of that setting in Raspi-Config - wasn't very helpful either. When I first read it, I thought it had to do with devices drawing power FROM the Pi. Not supply power TO the Pi.

I've not read it all (I don't like the layout), I just use the search it has and it tends to pick useful stuff up eventually.

The voltage measuring one it's EXT5V_V you are looking for,. I just check and you can put that after the commands to just show that one.
