Your problems looks to be yet an other issue, it is not the FloatingPoint exception. I find in strange that there is 'pisp' in the string, that is for Pi5 HW. The older have other naming I forgot, might be vc4 or so. Also directory changed for supporting files in the past. This is not the only time I had to do some renaming and/or symlinking. It might be that something is unusual with those files in your rootfs. Also in Debian there is move ongoing from /lib to /usr/lib.yes, there were updates, but my problem still exists.
really seems that the rpi4 and lower versions are not tested well anymore
