Thank you.Assuming it is a Pi camera v1, it works still on all Pi versions, with all SW/OS releases (from when it came on the market).
If you don't want to spend your time in front of a keyboard and screen when away from home, make sure you setup a proper VPN from the remote location to your home location. Maybe you already have this. And there are more ways/methods to do various thing from remote, including upgrading the OS release.
I do have remote port forwarding (reverse SSH tunnel) set up for both of the remote machines (which are behind a double NAT), which works most of the time. I’ve always been afraid to do anything complex remotely for fear that I might brick the Pi and not be able to swap in a backup SD until my next visit.
Question: How would one upgrade the OS release remotely?
