That error is coming from the linker, but I'm not sure what's causing it - my first guess would be to try deleting your build directory and reloading the window to recreate it?

It's also possible that the installation went wrong - you can re-run the installation by deleting the C:\Users\HP/.pico-sdk directory and then reloading the window to reinstall the tools
