I have it but, it has problem of space with the nvme hat, and beside that taking out all 40 wires would create problems outside so i got a smaller version where I can pull out a maximum of 15 wires .For less than one buck one can get a screw-terminal for fitting on the entire GPIO40 btw.
I suppose however that if i do not need the PWM output nor I2c i could use 2/3 and 12/13 to read a contact and drive a relay ...
