There's a GitHub hosted blog with the same titleI am amused by how this named thread has exactly one (very nice, very detailed) post and is now locked (without comment).
What usually happens with these types of threads is that people enter them and then within a matter of minutes or hours, it gets locked by a mod with a comment to the effect of "something, something, something, Osborne Effect, something, something, something."
But here there as no such mod post. This suggest that either of the following is true:
1) There is a way for the poster to lock his own thread (thereby saving the mods work).
2) Mods are just locking these things now w/o comment.
I'm curious as to which is true. Just curious, mind you. No implication of anything untoward.
