i wanted to convert composite rca video to hdmi to use it with my old dvd on my dell monitor.It's not clear what you want to do but for 'RCA / Composite Video to HDMI' there are plenty of adapters available off the shelf.if it would be possible how would you do it?
If you could clarify the ultimate end-goal that will probably help.
