as the problem seems to be related to your waveshare HDMI display only you should ask waveshare! it's there display module --> support to be provided by waveshare. So the Waveshare DSI version of this 320x1480 display is working without problems. So its only in combination with the HDMI interface display. Any idea, what can be done?Code:
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ WAYLAND_DISPLAY="wayland-1" wlr-randr --output DSI-1 --offpi@raspberrypi:~ $ WAYLAND_DISPLAY="wayland-1" wlr-randr --output DSI-1 --onpi@raspberrypi:~ $ WAYLAND_DISPLAY="wayland-1" wlr-randr --output DSI-1 --onpi@raspberrypi:~ $ WAYLAND_DISPLAY="wayland-1" wlr-randr --output DSI-1 --offpi@raspberrypi:~ $ WAYLAND_DISPLAY="wayland-1" wlr-randr --output DSI-1 --on
Ralf
Other HDMI displays working fine (tested with three different screens here) --> problem with your particular screen only (most likely because of incorrect EDID implementation).
