Just tried on my Pi Zero 2W with a PAL TV, latest Pi OS Bookworm 64bit with Desktop.
Although I do see the 'Welcome to Pi OS' logo, I then just get a grey screen. The desktop is accessible via VNC.
Tried reducing resolution to 640x480 in Screen Configuration, no luck, surely that is still too high?
Edit: Adding the following to start of cmdline.txt fixed the resolution issue.
