Actually, I'm planning to drive the Pi and OLED together with a single 18650.
However, since the power consumption of OLED is unknown, I wanted to at least know the duration of PI.

The focus is on extending battery life rather than using more battery to create a flashy display.
Often the easiest and best way is to try it and see. That's what R&D and prototyping phases are for.

If you don't, the first one you build is the initial prototype which may, or may not, last for as long as some suggested it would.

The sooner you have a prototype the sooner you will know whether it's viable or a no-hoper and you need a Plan B. The sooner you can start investigating tricks for extending battery life, measuring the outcome.

In my experience current draw of OLED is directly proportional to the number of pixels lit. Each may only draw a few microamps but it soon adds up. Even a 16 x 2 text display has over 1,000 pixels. Your 256 x 64 display has over 16,000. So you are already in the range from none to lots. It becomes very hard to predict.
