So I tried using a Buck converter with 5V 5A power rating to test max power to get a suitable adapter. In my testing, "stress" command uses 5A current(25W) while Geekbench peeked at 7.5A and "stress-ng" benchmark takes continuous 7.5A which leads to 37.5W power only to CPU
How did you measure the current? I do not think 37W5 for CPU only is correct -- something is wrong if it is really drawing 7A5 at 5V, the USB-C connector is not rated for that current.
Sorry for later reply,
I used the command "vegencmd pmic_read_adc"

[edit]
I didn't stress test it. it ran with that current about 5 seconds before I stopped it. It us way beyond the rated power. If the power supply can supply required currents and ran a Geekbench 6 benchmark it will hit beyond 6A at some point.
