Reduce your color to RGB666
Look at page no 44/53 --> you've missed to send the 'recommended power-on register settings' which are listed on chapter 3.
I just did a brief check of the spec but did not see any mentioning of the TCON part number. Can you figure out via your supplier?
You will have to look at some overlay like https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/bl ... pixel.dtsi + https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/bl ... verlay.dts
as your display needs SPI for initialization before you will be able to use DPI.
