Excellent news.I opened up Thonny, and there was the Pico as if nothing had ever happened. Quickly backed up all the files on it
It might be worth extracting the Flash with 'picotool' or Debug Probe, using 'dumplfs' to extract the files, just to get experience of doing it should you ever need to do it in future.
