So CM5 has dedicated hardware for ISP right?
What about CM4?

All Pis have a dedicated ISP hardware block.

BCM2708-BCM2711, as used on Pi0-4 and CM1/3/4, all use the same Broadcom ISP

BCM2712, as used on Pi5 / CM5, uses the Raspberry Pi PISP. You'll get a different set of /dev/videoN nodes, and for the backend configuration you'll need to use libpisp.
