I assume that you have looked at the Github page and seen the code there. It's not pretty but, as I say there, it works for recording - at least at a single bitrate, although I don't think it would be too difficult to change that.@WhyNine
I see you are looking into this, but how far you going to go?
As I am really interested as seems a shame these hats don't work on the newer OSs.
I am a ok programmer just don't know my way around the PI.
Even though I uploaded the register contents for playback, it didn't work. At this point, I have given up as recording was more important to me.
